Position Overview:

The Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in managing the procurement of goods and services and ensuring the smooth coordination of logistics activities. This position is responsible for sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The role demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple teams to optimize procurement and logistics processes.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Procurement and Vendor Management.
Logistics Coordination.
Inventory Management.
Documentation and Reporting.
Cross Department Collaboration.

Key Qualifications and Attributes

Ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt to different environments
Software fluent; e.g. Microsoft Office, ERP, etc.

Warehouse Technician

Reports to: General Manager

Job Description: The purpose of this position is to assist with the daily flow of products, in and out of the building.

Duties and Responsibilities

This is a multi-functional position that includes but is not limited to:

Shipping/receiving
Deliveries
Build shipping and storage crates as needed
Maintain a clean a safe working environment
Support the outside sales team as required to ensure the speedy and efficient processing of orders and delivery of goods
Help establish and build rapport with existing/potential customers
Travel as necessary to achieve product training
Shop Labelling and organization
Other functions as determined by Management

Qualifications:

Completion of High School
Clean Driver’s Abstract
Clear criminal record check

Working Conditions: This position works a standard work week of Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional Overtime is required to meet customer workload demand.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

Stand for 8 hours each day on a concrete floor
Pushing and pulling up to 75 lbs
Lifting to 50 lbs

Description de poste : L’objectif de ce poste est d’aider au flux quotidien des produits, entrant et sortant du bâtiment.

Fonctions et responsabilités

Il s’agit d’un poste multifonctionnel qui comprend, sans s’y limiter, les tâches suivantes :

Expédition/réception
Livraisons
Construire des caisses d’expédition et de stockage selon les besoins
Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sûr
Soutenir l’équipe de vente externe, le cas échéant, afin d’assurer un traitement rapide et efficace des commandes et de la livraison des marchandises
Aider à établir et à développer des relations avec les clients existants et potentiels
Voyager si nécessaire pour assurer la formation sur les produits
Étiquetage et organisation de l’atelier
Autres fonctions déterminées par la direction

Qualifications :

Diplôme d’études secondaires
Extrait de permis de conduire en règle
Vérification du casier judiciaire

Conditions de travail : Horaire hebdomadaire normal du poste du lundi au vendredi, de 8 heures à 17 heures. Des heures supplémentaires seront parfois nécessaires pour répondre à la charge de travail de la clientèle.

Exigences physiques

Ce poste requiert la capacité de :

Rester debout 8 heures par jour sur un sol en béton
Pousser et tirer jusqu’à 75 livres
Soulever jusqu’à 50 livres
